Real Estate Debt Fund

Real Estate Debt Funds are closed-end funds that invest in a well-diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial mortgages, targeting returns in excess of 10%. The objective of the funds are to deliver a consistent and attractive income stream to investors, while controlling portfolio risk.
